Job hunting and interviewing can be a very stressful time in your life and it's important to be well prepared. We connected with a few of our recruiters from Stryker locations around the world and asked them to give us their best tips for job seekers. Here are a few tips to help you prepare for your next interview with Stryker.

1. Adapt your resume

"Recruiters receive hundreds of applications and resumes/CVs every day. Adapt your resume and application to the job you are applying for, and make sure to be memorable by differentiating yourself from others."
