Candidate tip: Do your research! Ensuring you are applying for a role for the right reasons is always important. I always say to candidates that it’s not just about us finding the right candidate, it’s about you understanding if this is the right role for you. Think about how you connect to the company's culture, mission statement and purpose. Speak to other employees and gauge an understanding of what it is like to work there to assess whether you fit the role, but whether we also fit you!

Fun fact: I actually started my career as an apprentice tattoo artist! I have always been creative and find great joy in drawing, painting and generally being creative.
