Candidate tip: Leverage your network! See what connections in your professional or personal network you might have within the organization you're applying to. It is a great way to learn more about people and the culture and to get some personal insights.

Candidate tip: Customize your CV to the requirements of the role you’re applying to – we see many great candidates that don’t showcase their relevant experience properly. Also, a virtual interview is still an interview! Be on time, prepared, and dressed how you would for an in-person interview.


Fun fact: During the lockdown, I started a weights exercise class on Zoom. Now I work out with 12 other women from around the world three mornings a week.
