Here are 6 reasons to join our team in Flower Mound

1. Customer Experience Center

Get a behind-the-scenes look at cutting-edge technology and experience the iSuite at our on-site, state-of-the-art Customer Experience Center.

2. Inviting office space

Our office features an open workspace, executive and private offices, conference rooms, a training room, a laboratory, and entertainment areas to evoke a collaborative environment. Our convenient, on-site cafeteria offers affordable and nutritious food options, as well as free coffee and soda for those who are in need of an extra afternoon boost.

3. The place to be for manufacturing careers

While we're not in it for awards, it's always nice to be recognized for being a great place to work. Stryker has regularly been named a Great Place to Work and a World's Best Workplace. And we're particularly proud of being named the # 1  Best Workplace in Manufacturing and Production for six consecutive years.

4. On-site fitness center

Our amazing, on-site fitness center includes your standard gym equipment such as free weights and treadmills. We also offer a locker room with towel service and a bike rack for cyclists.

5. Military-friendly employer

The Lone Star State has a high number of military residents and Stryker truly appreciates the values, leadership and teamwork that veterans bring to the organization. Stryker Veteran's Association is our Employee Resource Group dedicated to Veterans at Stryker and we are proud to be a Military-Friendly Employer and a Top-Rated Workplace for Veterans!

6. Even employee engagement is bigger in Texas

Each month, employees enjoy a gathering called The Saloon, where colleagues come together for a happy hour. At the start of each year, our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) select which month they would like to host or sponsor. A recent Saloon was co-hosted by Stryker Women's Network (SWN) and Women in Science and Engineering (WISE). During these events, ERGs either boost engagement for their respective groups or mark special occasions. Events include food, music by our very own DJ, beverages, and, most importantly, fun with colleagues. We also ensure that production teams can participate by scheduling well in advance, allowing supervisors to adjust schedules accordingly.
