We encourage our teams to find what mix works best for them and provide the equipment needed for our employees to perform at their best from their homes.

4. Employee events and engagement

We are committed to creating an engaging workplace; with this in mind, our team in Brazil has created several events throughout the year to help employees socialize and network. These events are intended to create opportunities for people to meet each other and connect. A few of our events include birthday celebrations, lunch and learns, Festa Junina, coffee with leadership, kids' day, and our end-of-year party. The best part? Our office is also pet-friendly!
