Stryker continues to grow our presence across the South Pacific. Today, we call seven cities across Australia and New Zealand home. In Australia, you’ll find us in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide, and in New Zealand, our teams are based in Auckland and Christchurch. Together, our South Pacific teams deliver innovative products and services in Medical and Surgical, Neurotechnology and Orthopaedics that help improve outcomes for patients and hospitals.

Sydney might get to claim the largest Stryker footprint in Australia, but you'll also find five additional strategically located sites across the country, each equally committed to improving healthcare. Offices across South Australia, Queensland and Victoria include kit rooms where teams are responsible for processing instrument kits that are sent directly to our customers. Finally, in Brisbane, you'll find our R&D Lab, which opened in 2022 and fosters collaboration to help improve real-world patient outcomes.

We support you through life's big moments
We know that growing your family is one of the biggest and most exciting times of your life, and at Stryker, we want you to be able to step away from work with confidence! Stryker’s team in the South Pacific is proud to offer our employees 20 weeks of paid leave for a child’s primary caregiver and 4 weeks of paid leave for secondary caregivers. On top of this, we offer up to 12 months of paid Superannuation, and the best part is that there is no tenure eligibility. We want to support you on your life journey as it happens. Our leave policy includes families adopting children or having a child via surrogacy. We also offer eligible employees a financial contribution towards childcare to assist in a smooth transition back to work following the return of parental leave.

Trying to find the time to stay active and balance your professional life? At our national headquarters in Sydney, we have an on-site fitness centre, comfortable on-site showers, changing facilities and ironing stations, so you can fit in a work out when it aligns with your schedule.
We have also partnered with multiple health insurance organisations allowing our employees to receive extra benefits on their insurance, including optional free annual flu vaccinations for all our employees in Australia and New Zealand.
