Our social impact strategy focuses on three pillars where we believe we can make a difference:

1. Expanding access to healthcare

We support initiatives that help advance health outcomes, strengthen surgical capacity and improve access to essential resources. This includes partnerships that help communities access healthcare services, medical education and nourishing food.

Examples of this work include assembling hygiene kits for families in crisis through Project C.U.R.E., supporting community health initiatives and volunteering with organizations that help improve access to healthcare and wellness resources.

2. Supporting education

Education creates opportunities for future generations to learn, grow and thrive.

We support organizations and programs that strengthen educational outcomes from early childhood through post-secondary education. Our efforts also help foster career readiness through mentorship, skill development and exposure to future opportunities.

Employees contribute by mentoring students, participating in career readiness programs, supporting STEAM education initiatives and sharing their skills and experiences with the next generation of leaders.

3. Improving environmental health

Healthy communities depend on healthy environments.

We support initiatives that help preserve biodiversity, promote clean air, strengthen climate stability and protect water systems. Through local and global efforts, employees contribute to projects that help create a more sustainable future.

Examples include community cleanups, tree planting initiatives, habitat restoration projects and environmental conservation efforts that help protect natural resources for future generations.

Through Impact, employees can volunteer, donate and participate in company-supported giving and volunteering initiatives around the world. The platform reflects our belief that individual actions can create meaningful collective impact.

We also offer a donation matching program that helps employees amplify their support for eligible nonprofit organizations.
