Here are 5 reasons to join our team in Florida:

1. Work in robotics

Not only do Stryker employees get to turn futuristic fantasies into tangible realities, they get to improve people’s lives along the way by creating the future of orthopaedic surgery. Team members—whether they're a designer, engineer, developer, or marketer—love that their work with robotics is not only fun, but meaningful. They have a lot of fun along the way too, as employees even compete with other robots from around the world in a BattleBots competition.

2. We're a great place to work.

While we're not in it for awards, it's always humbling to be recognized for the great workplaces and culture we offer our employees. We're regularly named a Best Workplace by Great Place to Work. Check out our most recent awards here.

3. Opportunities for growth

As Stryker pushes the robotics industry into the future, it’s creating a lot of interesting opportunities for employees. Each day brings new challenges and collaborations that allow employees to learn naturally and develop their skill sets. Employees are also given access to LinkedIn Learning which offers a vast catalogue of online learning modules to keep you sharp.

4. We value diversity, equity and inclusion

Stryker has nine unique Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) for our employees to join and Stryker's Alliance for All Abilities (3A) has a local chapter in Weston. Getting involved in an ERG enriches our employees' experiences and engagement by allowing them to be part of a supportive community, feel like they belong and have a platform to voice diverse perspectives. Plus, each ERG helps make our workplace more innovative and provides great opportunities for personal growth.

5. Health and well-being programs

The health and well-being of our employees is important to us. Aside from the global well-being program, our Florida employees also participate in soccer games, yoga, plank and push-up challenges, and more!
