The site is one of three major support hubs for the Vocera product suite and is home to a deeply tenured technical support organization. Many team members have supported Vocera solutions for years, bringing experience across multiple product lanes and partnering closely with engineering and R&D to troubleshoot complex issues at scale.

This depth of expertise supports reliable, real-world performance for customers while contributing to the development and advancement of healthcare technology. The Fort Wayne office continues to be a place where creativity meets purpose, with teams making meaningful contributions to our mission. And it’s just a stone’s throw from our corporate headquarters in Michigan.

Engage is at the heart of Stryker’s enterprise workflow platform. Engage helps enhance patient safety by enabling care teams to filter, route, escalate and prioritize the alarms* and notifications they receive during a shift. And it was created right here in Fort Wayne! The engineers here are all about creating innovative new software, prepping upgrades, hunting for bugs and making sure Engage is performing exceptionally for all customers.

*Prioritized alarm notifications require Engage Medical Device Alarm Notification (EMDAN), FDA 510(k)-cleared middleware. Filtering, routing escalation and prioritization of notifications are based on facility's protocols.
