In 2019, Stryker opened our Global Services Center in Costa Rica, supporting various divisions across Finance, Information Systems, and Procurement. Our Costa Rica location is nestled in the heart of the San Antonio Business Park in the Heredia Province and offers breathtaking views of the Escazú Mountains.

No need to pack your lunch or get in your car and drive to pick up lunch (unless you want to), we have a large, on-site cafeteria and dining area that offers both breakfast and lunch choices daily.

We’re proud to offer a hybrid work model allowing our employees to work from home when they can and from the office when they prefer, or business requires it. Not only do we provide the equipment needed for our employees to perform at their best from their homes, but we also offer a free transportation program for our employees with eight different routes throughout the area to make your commute as smooth as possible.

Stryker’s Strive for Wellbeing program: This program offers courses that help employees learn about, implement and sustain healthier habits.
Employee assistance program: Employees have access to resources that offer psychological support both online and onsite. Every Wednesday, we have two psychologists available for you to schedule a time during the workday to decompress and connect with a therapist.
Well-being days: Each quarter employees are given an extra day off to take some time to relax and recharge!
